I have been really good about my diet of late, so I am blowing it in the most glorious way possible. I was losing weight again, but this won’t help
8 oz filet mignon, lobster mashed potatoes, cucumber salad, crispy brussel sprouts. Hey shop teacher, I guess I will still qualify for the fat guy division for our scooter rally.

Brussels sprouts balance out everything else, in my opinion. Looks good.

That looks very nice. My indulgenc e for the day was a second cup of coffee after lunch (my stomach prefers I stick to only one, after breakfast) and then finding out when I got back an engineering firm brought a ridiculously large place of fancy brownies and cheesecake pieces to the office as holiday gift.
They were yummy. Despite costing more than $25, we were able to take them under ethics rules because they were for the whole office and not one person.

That looks amazing. I think I ate your doctor’s prescribed dinner tonight: cucumber, sundried tomatoes, and peppers on toasted multigrain. Would happily trade for just the brussels sprouts.
Actually, your portion sizes look to be reasonable. The thing that probably puts it over the top is the potatoes. Likely a lot of butter in those.
